[Raid Guide] A Begginer's Guide to Naxx (Achievments Included)

This guide is for the purpose of new raiders to learn how to complete naxx. But also for more experienced ones to get some more info on particular bosses and the achievemnts. Note: Any timed achieves e.g. Arachnaphobia will not be covered, as it is up to your dps. This is for 10 man. Will cover 25 man in a later post.

Arachnid
Plague
Military
Construct
Frostyrm Lair

Arachnid Wing: 3 Bossses

Anub'rehkan: Difficulty: 4/10

To start the fight the tank will pull the boss just to the right of where he starts. All ranged will stand in the middle and dps fromt here. Periodically a add will spawn, this must be tanked and killed. The boss will spawn min adds from its corpse, these must be aoed. Then Insect Swarm will come, the melee dps needs to run out before this starts, or you will die. The tank needs to kite the boss to the entrance slowly. Rinse and repeat until he is dead.

Grand Widow Faerlina: Difficulty: 3/10

Faerlina comes with 4 adds. If you want [Momma Said Knock You Out] pick them up and nuke them down. If youre not as well geared you need to keep these alive. When she enrages kill one of the adds to remove it and silence her for 30 seconds. Make sure you stay out of the rain of fire and heal through poison bolt. Very simple fight.

Maexxna: Difficulty: 5/10

Engage her in the middle of the room and dps her down. Every so often she will web wrap 1 person and send them to the edge of the room. Ranged should be asigned to destroy the wraps. Also spider adds will spawn, try and keep them off healers and aoe them down. The final part is wep spray, everyone will be stunned for 2 secs. Key here is to get the tank up before web spray.

no offence but noone will give you rep for half a guide also this guide looks really cool as I havent even ran a heroic since I dinged 80 ( since december :-S ) but I might just pve again
so my suggestion is go there at thread tools and delete thread its better since you wont get flamed and post it again when you finished it

Sorry but I can't find this thread in any use at all. You rank difficulty on the bosses from your own personal experience and from what I can tell you haven't raided much. Anub'Rekhan can be tanked without running around to get away from locust swarm,

You just need healers that knows what to do and to rank anub harder than faerlina that's just patethic, as Faerlina is considered free loot.

And to post this so called "guide" unfinished is just bad. Also note that you haven't put in any achievements you can get from the bosses.

Let me rank this guide to "1/10"

It's good that you're trying to contribute but Wowhead and bosskillers.com sort of have these kinds of things covered in much larger detail.

Don't give up though. You're trying which is A LOT better than most.
