Simple,
Blizzard's account department have a very simple rule when it comes to hacked/compromised accounts the rule is:
If you are not able to send in a photograph of your ID that clearly shows your last name which matches wth the name entered when the account was created, You must:
Provide them with at least THREE security questions.
1. Your CD key.
2. Your SQ/SA
3. Your Email Adress and full name.(Sometimes customer support will also ask for your adress, not always.)
( Doesn't matter if it's changed, they have logs to find out what was entered on account creation ) Although they don't always ask for this.
OR: Any two of the above AND your last three numbers in your credit card code and the name of the person who made the first payment with THAT creditcard.
There might be other ways to prove you are the original owner, but the ones staded above are INSTANT ways to get your account back and blizz will not waste your time with investigation.
(I.e checking if suddenly your info changed and acc got logged on from China then after one month get you your account back.)
Other notes:
1. If you decide to give blizz your credit card info as one of the three
security questions then don't worry, they wont ask for the CVC, only the three last numbers of the LONG CC number and name&adress of the CC holder.
2. Blizz don't accept ID's photos such as insurance cards/School ID cards w/e ONLY reall ID F.ex. Passport/Driving license.
3. Try to sound a bit mature and use proper English if you are on the phone with them, trust me if they know you are a childish jerk they even hang up on you sometimes.
