This is my guide, it's helpful if you are tired of waiting so long to get Pies/Poems.

Pies -- Orgrimmar
Enchanting Vendor Room
Name: Kithas
Respawn time: ~3min

PS: Every gift you get from them drops the pie or the poem, every time!

2-3 minutes it the time it takes for every npc to gain they're heart buff again. Those two you listed aren't any special at all.
