Note: this number can be improved with better gear, but the gear listed here is usable by all (plate) classes and assumes that you have no time for professions, so you don’t have any. Sorry priests, but you will not get a chance to get that 30k health you SO badly need. =) Note to two two-hander warriors, you can get another weapon, just Wowhead it like I did.

Notice the gem which has 30 stamina on it
Format = slot: item name/best enchant/gem(s)/total stamina

Jewelcrafters have better trinkets, leatherworkers have their 90 stamina arctic fur thingy, and enchanters have a 24 stamina ring enchant

Allakhazam: enchants list
Wowhead: stats scholar -look it up by setting your weights to “number of sockets – 300” “Stamina – 10” “Health – 1” If you do not know what this means do not pay attention.

If you are a newbie to tank gear, IT WOULD BE STUPID IF THIS WAS YOUR GEAR SET. This is just a guide to maximizing your health, not lifespan.

Another thing is, those gems are not yet available or even announced. JC's can get 3x41 stam gems in their gear, and 24 stam gem in the rest of the sockets. And BS's can add 2 additional sockets on gloves and bracers.

About the blacksmith thing about more sockets and the JC super-gems
This gear should be usable by everyone. That means no proffesions. Gem doesnt exist yet? sorry, could not find out if it did or not. Just subtract 22*6 stamina (for the 24 stamina one) and you get -132 stamina, total of 2295 (I think?) stamina.
