Some people dont know about a program named YAWR!

What it does is kind of making a virtual map off the game. reads mpq files and then locates the closest nodes, it finds mobs, nodes, rare fishing pools etc, can be used for stv fishing contest also.
Its live so it aint saved from before so it accurate.
What i do is jump on my mount go window mode on WoW and then put the little window "Yawr"
beside my wow screen then start running and as soon as it finds a node i just run to it and pick it instead of running around for hours and wont be able to find any nodes.

That was about it, hope you find it useable.
Dont flame, cause i know there is people that didn't know about this.
And no there ain't any other guides that similar to this one.

But yes it's kind of bannable if you go around yelling i haz haxx to people.
And no its not classified as a bot, since you mine it yourself.

You have the locate the mpq folders,
And enGB = Europe so if you're on europe servers then do that else put enUS

I keep getting "unable to load mpq files"

How do i locate the MPQ folder?

You need to include a "\" at the end of your path.

Try:

You need to start WoW and login before you can start Yawr. Additionally, it looks like you're setting your directory to point towards your copy of Yawr rather than your basic WoW directory. You need to set it to look for your *.mpq files.

Try SET wowdir "C:\World of Warcraft\"

Also, you're using the UK client, correct?

I just remembered that we updated WoW to patch 3.0.9 today, which may be playing havoc with everything until the author of Yawr updates it.
