Blizzard will never change your SQA... most likely your e-mail is changed so you can not do a password retrieval.

Actually, several of my mates did not know of this, i told them and they were happy but still i have a proper point to make here, if your char has been stripped theres a chance u wont get 100% of items back, i once got hacked and only my blues+ got returned(only carrot on a stick was green) and almost certainly no gold
