There were only 2,000,000 till windows download server crashed then it became to anyone who wanted to download it.

I have the same problem with vista as I do with 7 and I tried every bios setting imaginable to get the nvidea card's drivers to load to no avail. I'm stuck with win xp till my tax return check comes

I get the not enough resources available on both os's 7 and vista.

Whether it has Dx11 or not is irrelevant as WoW does not have any Dx11 features.

Its definitely worth upgrading to this window if you're still on windows xp or vista when the retail is release in the near future.

Wrong. There was a bug that was stated by Microsoft that allows an infinite number of downloads. So anyone can get this, the registration will only last so long before you get locked out though.
