I usually do it as holy. It just takes about 30minutes or so and she can be killed so easy

Also easily doable as a DK. Tried it in various speccs.
Just stay in Frost Presence, keep your diseases up, use Death Strike with your spare UH/F runes and use Death and Decay on the whelps (had some bugs with Pestilience). You might also want to pop IBF when it is up and use AMS to minimize the damage.
Just use the same tactics for positioning as the OP.
Did it in most blues and a few HC epics in tank gear/specc the first time.
You might also want to bring a healing pot the first time(s).
