This is kinda confusing to understand. However the underprice and overprice are in the bean count part which is in the same section as the 'undercut' part.

Yeah the link is blocked out with this ************* and when you click the link a website called ******* doesnt exist.

Mate, right under that is says what to replace the ****** with

1. Copy link
2. Paste link in adress bar
3. Replace ***** with "mmo - champion"
4. Done

- I see now it hiding mmo - champion with stars too -.- , sorry bout that. Fixed now!

Ok I read the guide. Set all the settings to the right %. Now I am stuck in one problem. Where it says

Go to the AH, open up the Appraiser tab, alt-click refresh to update everything in your bag.
 
Start at the top of the left column, check the 'undercut box' and list everything.

I clicked the refresh button to upgrade my bags. Now where is the undercut box and list what?

Its o the right side, actual name is not undercut but you will info when u position mouse over that ( and it will have undercut ).

I still dont get where and how do i get stuff to sell, how do ii look what to buy and how do i scan AH for that stuff.

How can I get 500 + items to all automatically be checkmarked for batch post?!?! I have to individually click them all!

Oh, And this appraiser uses prices PER ITEM.
Made me post 20 Primal earth for 4000g a stack lol -_-
