If you've read my first gold guide, or any guide on farming gold, you probably know that there are many ways to collect gold at low levels. But most of these require some starting gold and what if you just started out on a new server or new to WoW? You may not have much gold to get all the tools you need to start off with professions or getting runs etc. So here is a beginners guide that will help you get through leveling without spending large amounts of gold using guilds.
You absolutely NEED a good guild with tons of stuff in the bank. The reason I say this is because you will spend a lot of gold on repairs and if you have a guild to help with those, you will save a lot of gold. Once you get into higher levels you probably won't be getting enough of guild repair money to completely pay for your repair bills, but it still helps, especially if you have been there the entire time and you get a lot of money for it.
Another thing guilds are good for are instance runs. Often times guild members will give you free runs. NEVER PAY FOR RUNS!!! If a high level isn't on or if none will run you, wait a while. One will get on soon probably. If it saves you money, its worth it.
Finally, the guild you choose should have at least two tabs in the bank. The guild my character I'm leveling is in has three. Get the addon Auctioneer and whenever you can get the things you can sell for the most. Today, I made 50 gold just by getting things from the bank.
I understand that this is mostly common sense but again, it's a beginners guide for new players mainly.
