As far as I know the bow +damage "enchant" doesn't affect melee weapons (but could be wrong, been some time since I last used anything but a thrown on my rogue :P)

No one Twinks at level 39. it´s to long time to level. post a level 29 guide couse level 19 guides i cannot remember how many it is , a 1000 ?
