Well, on the Grand Widow you haven't spoken about the 25 man and how you need to MC or on Razouvious either. Generally it's easier on Grand Widow to have a druid tank the boss through frenzy, kill the adds as fast as possible and kill the boss before it kill the tank (on 25 man).

On top of that you should mention that if you lack DPS but have an overdose of healers and tanks you should keep followers alive, otherwise dont. An unlucky charge/silence could mean a wipe.

Yeah there is definitely many ways to kill her depending on your group, some groups MC, some groups kill, and some just kill all the adds at the start and just heal through the enrage until she dies, depending on your gear all can be successful.
