YOU NEED TO BE A PROT PALLY


if you are -70 Then you should have some mages like level 32+ or warlock 30+

Step 1 : Go into SM-Cath and have 30+ chars stay at entrance

Step 2 : Get some swiftness potion or speed enchant

Step 3 : Run around the outside , collecting Mobs.

Step 4 : When they all all around you go into the inside of the courtyard collect mobs

Step 5 : Open the door , and run to the mages you have in group

Step 6 : Use your AoE spells and have mages/locks do Blizzard or Rain of Fire(or w/e warlocks got)

Step 7 : Keep healing and using AoE untill all dead

Step 8 : When all dead rebuff and get mana and stuff done.

Step 9 : Have mages/locks stay by entrance run into the opened door.

Step 10 : Collect Mobs and run back. Repeat steps 4-8

Step 11 : Repeat all of them
