Easy AOE farming for Runecloth as mage 55-60

I found a very good spot to farm for Runecloth as I was levelling my lvl 59 mage in Eastern Plaguelands. The mobs spawn quickly and tightly, so it's easy to kill 5-10+ in one pull using AOE grinding, and they almost always drop runecloth and essence of undeath. Plus, the XP is good since they're at your level.
I easily grind for XP and gold at the same time using this method in a very short amount of time.

The spot is just northeast of the Northpass tower in Eastern Plaguelands, there are several Scourge Siege Engineers there.

There's also a nice spot in wpl, north. Hearthglen.. Used it back in wow vanilla..

Yes, you can. But the closer you are to level 60, the more you can take on at once.
