    [Gudie]Pre-raid stats!

Here below follows stats for each class and spec and what you should aim for before setting foot inside a raidinstance. Note that you don't need to fill all the demands since they are not fully calculated on pre-raid gear, but this is what you should aim for!

    Healing classes:

    Paladins
    ~650 int
    ~1450-1500 Healing
    ~24.00% Crit
    ~100 mp5/casting

    Druids
    ~650 int
    ~700spirit
    ~1250-1400 Healing
    ~200 mp5/casting

    Shaman
    ~650 int
    ~1450-1500 Healing
    ~200-250 mp5/casting

    Priest
    ~700 int
    ~1450-1500 Healing
    ~200-250 mp5/casting
(Not very good with priest, so once again please tell me if I'm wrong in anyway!)

Note: After looking through several chars on the armory, the mp5 seems like quite alot, so please correct me if I'm wrong on that one

    DPS classes:
Hitrating: I've done some calculations. On those I've come to the conclusion that 1% hit is ~32 hitrating. Not an exact number, but close enough to use for this type of theoretical calculations

    Melee DPS

    Hunters (Calculated as Beastmastery spec)
    ~295 Hitrating
    ~750-800 Agility
    ~2500 Attack power
    ~20% Crit

    Warrior (Calculated as Fury spec)
    ~750-800 Strength
    ~2700 Attack power
    ~20-22% Crit
    ~490 Hitrating (Yellow hitcap!)

Paladins (Calculated as Retri spec, like..No shit sherlock?)
    ~750-800 Strength
    ~2700 Attack power
    ~22-25% Crit
    ~295 Hitrating

Death Knights (Calcualted as Unholy spec)
    ~750-800 Strength
    ~2700 Attack power
    ~20% Crit
    ~295 Hitrating

    Druids (Calculated as Feral spec)
    ~750-800 Strength
~1700 Attack power (In Nelf form)
    ~25% Crit
    ~295 Hitrating

    Rogues (Calculated as Assassination spec)
    ~750-800 Agility
    ~2300 Attack power
    ~25-27% Crit
~500 Hitrating (919 is to reach the white cap, and is hard to reach without raiding gear!)

    Caster DPS

    Warlocks (Calculated as Destro spec)
    ~445 hitrating
    ~15-17% Crit
    ~1400 Spellpower
~700 Intellect(Not something you really need to fight for, it comes with the gear most of the time!)

    Mages (Calculated as Arcane spec)
    ~445 hitrating
    ~15-17% Crit
    ~1400 Spellpower
    ~300 Spirit

    Druids (Calculated as Monkeychicken spec)
    ~445 hitrating
    ~10-12% Crit
    ~1400 Spellpower
    ~350-400 Spirit (or ~100mp5/casting)

    Priests (Calculated as Shadow spec)
~445 hitrating (Non specced. 320 with right spec Please help me confirm this one!)
    ~1400 Spellpower
    ~350-400 Spirit
    ~10% Crit

    Shaman (Calculated as Elemental spec)
    ~445 hitrating
    ~1400 Spellpower
    ~350-400 Spirit
    ~20% Crit

    Tank Classes:

    Warrior
    ~23000 HP
    ~20-21000 Armor
~540 Defense (Or 690 Defense rating)

    Paladin
    ~23000 HP
    ~20-21000 Armor
    ~540 Defense(Or 690 Defense rating)

    Druid (Calculated in Nightelf form)
    ~23000 Hp
    ~6000 Armor
~140 Defense rating (Feels wrong, so please correct me if I'm wrong)
    ~750 Agility

    Death knight
    ~23000 HP
    ~13000 Armor
~540 Defense (Or 690 Defense rating)

Nice guide, I'll rep you for the contribution - I play an Elemental Shaman in 25 mans and I must say I'm on:

2100 spell damage - 300 hit rating - 27% crit and 360 haste. You may want to add Haste as a stat as its very good for Casters and Healers.

one thing, rogues do not at all need 500 hit rating, let alone 919!! 350 is sufficient enough for a rogue. I am a mutilate rogue with 287 hit, and i was doing 2800-3.5k dps in 25 man naxx yesterday. If they have that much hit, they are most definitely sacrificing other stats they are much needed for dps.

Yea indeed it is. But as I see it, it's more of a 'bonus' stat. Since there is no actual need for haste, although it's very good to have That makes it very hard to say a certain number you need for each class.

I never said you NEED that amouth of hit. 1, 919 is the cap. 2. 500 is hard to reach without gimping other stats, but it's still something to aim for! To quote my own text in the beginning of the thread:

Just so you know druids don't need any defense rating, we only need 3/3 survival of the fittest. Also we need roughly 30k health in bear form, and 35% chance to dodge, to be early raiding and heroics in WOTLK, trust me ima Bear Tank.
