Power level mining

As some of you have probably figured out, titansteel is going for a ton of money right now.

Basically, it's a 20 hour cooldown, mining made item. It takes 3 titanium bars, an eternal fire, earth, and shadow to make. On my server, the mats cost about 110g to buy, and the bar sells for 350g right now.

Of course this will dry up soon, so you probably want to get in on it as soon as possible. So, how you ask, do you get to this before you have an epic flyer?

You will focus on three mobs:

The first two in any order:
Crystalline Ice Elemental - NPC - World of Warcraft
Frozen Elemental - NPC - World of Warcraft

The last one:
Lifeblood Elemental - NPC - World of Warcraft

No running around fighting for nodes, just beat down some rocks, mine the hell out of them, and then make your easy 240g per cooldown (or save yourself a ton of money). Mining them also nets a fair amount of gold by itself.

I have made over 4k selling titansteel on my two chars now, and this was an important step in saving me the time to run around and fight over the nodes, especially on a pvp server.

Yeah they are selling CD's like crazy, may consider dropping one of my proffs for it and using glider :P Although with my luck the prices will plummet on ma server

ok, so these mobs give mining skill?

Yes, the mobs are mineable when you kill them, and I know the lifeblood elems stay yellow skill until around 430+. I don't recall the breaking point, because I got the last few points away from the elems on both my chars.

Just tested Frozen Elemental , you defenatly cant mine them.

Agreed - you CANNOT mine Frozen Elementals. Heading over now to test the Crystalline Ice Elementals.

Crystaline ice can be mined but at 419 are green and 40 kills 0 skill ups

Agreed - you can mine Crystalline Ice elementals, but you get NO skill ups from them.

update Lifeblood Elemental - NPC - World of Warcraft also does not give skill ups. Bunk
