Found it already and i gotta say that in the night hours (2-3 am) noone's there so you can easily farm a LOT of crystalized waters/airs

Nice spawn point, but sadly being a quest spot for horde it's heavly overfarmed

It's fixed. Ran up and down for about 10-20mins, not one spawn. No one was around either.
