Then you dont turn it in - but instead go to another city and take that one and try again?

i think most of the ppl here are testing it wrong, at least the first guy is.

step1: go to a major city of ur faction.
step2: get the daily pvp quest.
step3: finish the daily pvp quest, and turn it in the same city as you got it.
step4: move on to another major city of your faction.
step5: get daily pvp, finish it, turn it in at that city.

etc.

I'm gonna test again with your metod.

I tested again: got the daily from IF, won EoTS from IF battlemaster, went to SW battlemaster and no daily was there.
