You ask where are you supposed to make a request? For this you aren't, you are asking them to buy something for you. If you really want it buy it yourself.

You look at this the wrong way mate. I'm not asking someone to buy it specifically for me.

I'm just requesting that if anyone already has it, would they feel like sharing it with the community.

It's no different to asking about any of the leveling or gold making guides.
