Just wait till they trade with you, insert 20 gold and go afk/desctop/chat with guild while they get all "come on pls trade"
I once left for meal and came back and he still sat there and kept begging me to click trade

The Easiest Way Is to Allow the beggar to beg for quite sometime and at the end when he uses some abusing word, take a screenshot and send it to a GM, and He'll get banned or atleast wont logon for 1-2 days. If he repeats, mostly he wont but suppose if he does, do the same thing and he'll get banned!
