[Guide/Gold] Owning the Action House

Want to become rich quickly? This little guide I wrote has a brief introduction intro what you need and how to get the requirements for get rich quickly. It also has a guide on mastering AH bids and buyouts to increase your sales and get you money faster than ever!

I wrote this Guide by myself! All details here are NOT copied from anywhere! If this is a repost, DO NOT just shout "REPOST"! Provide a link as your evidence and I will deal with my Thread.
Also note that I cover items I talk about here and not other items like Arcane Dust.

Do not say this guide is crap! Everyone has their own method of getting gold from the AH and/or other various locations. Helpful suggestions are welcome.

Requirements
* An alt character (Horde, Undead/Blood Elf is best)
* An active account (Obviously)
* Primary Skills: Mining/Leatherwork & Skinning
* Access to Bank/AH
* At least 10 Silver (To get started)
* Minimum of level 10 (Level 20 is for best results)

Getting Started
The first step you would have do is assemble all your basics.
Level your Alt to a minimum level of 10 then teach them Mining and Skinning. This is vital because this is 2/3 of the income you will get.
Note: if you chose to make a Blood Elf/Undead or a Horde character, you may skip mining.
Teaching them Skinning is the most important, because beast usually hand out at around level 5-25, meaning this will get you loads of Gold!
The reason you would teach them Mining is, because if you come across a Vien or go to a hot spot, you will also get loads Gold aswell (even just for Copper).
The 3rd income is Linen Cloths, droped by 99% of Humanoids most of the time meaning this is the most common income.

Finding a Right Place for Income
This is most likely the hardest part. Finding a good location for drops of Linen Cloths, Viens and Beasts is never easy... Especially if you are level 10.
That is why I split this part into 2 sections: Instances and Outdoors.

Instances
Instances are a great place for income since they are full of various types of creatures, good drops and if you are lucky, Mining Veins!
Horde
The Horde are the lucky ones, Shadow Fang Keep! (This is why I said for an Undead/Blood Elf, they are nearer.) The best place to go for a level 10-30 looting in a lazy way. Find a group and DON'T BE A NINJA!
Be polite and ask if you may just tag along, if they accept, you're in luck! If they don't, find another group.
Once inside, they will kill the Beasts and Humanoids. Loot the Humanoids for the Linen Cloths and Skin the Wolfs.
Note: Do not do Rage Fire Chasm as it's full of crap and not really great for any source of income!

Alliance
Suckish! Only really 2 instances! Dead Mines and Stormwind Keeps. Not many beasts at all in both, only Humanoids. Great for lvl 17-23+, bad otherwise.

Outdoors
There are many places in WoW for income, but most suck with not enough Mobs. You can do quests and tag along/stalk partys doing quests that kill Beasts. Not fun at all. :/
Mining is good if you find a right hot spot. Dun Morogh is good for beasts and Mining. There is a secret Mining camp somewhere in WoW.

Selling at the AH
This is part is mearly getting the right technique by playing with the AH.
Lucky enough, I'll cover this too!

6.2 Important Steps to Remember!
Step 1: Always sell your resources in stacks of 20!(If you can.) 20 is the magic number in this Guide!
Step 2.1: Make sure you have NO COMPETITION! Never bet that you will win against your competitors! If you can, buyout the lowest competition of the resource and sell it for more.
Note: Do this if they are selling 3/4 stacks max! Otherwise, your business will fail! If they are selling more than 3/4 stacks, sell under their price range!
Step 2.2: NEVER BUY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STACKS OF 20! UNLESS YOU HAVE TO REPAIR YOUR STACK AND YOU ARE ABSOLUTLY SURE THAT IT IS THE MOST AMOUNT OF THE RESOURCE AND CHEAPEST UNFINSHED STACK AVAILABLE!
Step 3:Always set the timer for to 48 hours! This is crusial, because if someone uses this method, instead of you running out of time and having to run back to the AH, someone will eventually buy your resource out!
Step 4: Always put the bid and the buyout price either 20 Silver apart or at the same price! The reason for this is, because the buyer will feel that it your resources are cheap. Or that they will have no competition on the item what so ever!
Step 5: If server is about to shutdown, DO NOT PUT YOUR ITEMS IN THE AH! This is because the timer still runs in the AH, even after the servers shutdown!
Step 6: Always have enough money for your Alt to Buyout other Businesses! This is because of Step 2.1 and because someone has to pay for the Auctions!

Note: This will depend on the Realm type/popularity/etc.
I have been doing this for about 1/2 months now and most of the time, my resources get bought out with in 10-30 minutes.

I only said it because I instantly get the Gold and kill off any other players auctions, thus owning them. :P
