Ok just checked this out if u went all out on a lvl 1 hunter with probly 500g worth of enchants and that new legs enchants.
You will have 240% Dodge chance
160% Range Crit and Regular and yes u can still put insane enchants on lvl 1s Lawlberg

Unfortunately this no longer works (thanks to the enchanting nerf, uber enchants can't be put on low level gear now so every time a twink leaves, it doesn't get replaced)

you could use a skinning knife it doesent require any lvl

and this is how you really do it for a rogue:
helmet: santa hat w/ any encahnt you can get
necklace: tanished silver neclace or any other necklace tht dont require a lvl just to show off unless theres any enchant for a necklace
shoulders: the summer fire festival mantle when it comes back just to show off
chest: the one you buy from the vendor and enchant with +100 hp or the highest you can get
tabard: guild tabard just to show off
shirt: any shirt
bracers: the venodred one with stamina and/or agility enchant (the highest you can get)
belt: vendored one wuth stamina an/or agility encahnt
legs:vendored one with with clefthide (30 stam 10 agility i think)
boots: vendored onewith any stamina/agility enchant
rings: any rings you can get just to show off
trinket: any trinket you can get just to show off
wepeon: skinning knife with fiery or lifestealing
bow/gun: any bow or gun you can get with a scope

thats pretty much it i have a rogue with all that stuff and hes a lvl 1 twink but for the mantle get summons so u dont get xp from walking and discovering

LOL.. I did this to a lvl 3 white dagger a long time ago.. Each time I break out a new toon, I send the dagger to it, and let the fast lvling begin. Everyone always laughs when they see fiery on a stilleto, but the frowns turn to "HOW?" 10 minutes later when i'm 7-8 and they're still 3.. lol.

Really does make a great 1-15ish PL tool. The dagger's fast attack rate make it proc fairly often, and not many mobs around there enjoy 40pt DD procs.

No No No, for the boots you have to get Goblin Rocket Boots. No engineering or level requirement! Greenies with 30+ armor! lol (Just dont use the rocket boost, jsuk)
