WotLK is out in November the 13th.


When everyone gets the new Death Knight and goes for Profession, they goes OMG I HATE FARMING!

Then they go raid the auction for materials.



The thing i say here, is to get gold quick - by farm the basic things.

Copper is like 2gold per stack, but in the WotLK release, MAYBE up to 20G!



If you dont like farming, do the risky part of BUYING the basic materials and sell for like 10-20 times higher price in WotLK.





They who are rich and dont want to waste time on farming, uses the auction.
There you go, quick money...


What can go 10-20 times higher price Easily : Any 1-60 materials.


What is basic materials? Mostly 1-30.

Copper, Tin, Peacebloom, Earthroot, Leather, etc.



Tried my best explaining, and that i only wish to help.



Hate farming and need mining/skin/herb levels? Get a old char with a farm profession and go farm WHILE leveling the profession.








Calculated : Have 100 stacks of copper for 2 gold per stack = 200gold.
Sell it for 10-20 times more = 2k-4k gold!


If you have 20000g, and is risky, to get materials to sell for 200K, its not my faulth you might fail... I say its RISKY to buy materials and sell.

It IS a good idea. I saved up copper before BC, and made 100g the next day selling it at 4g a stack.

The price of copper will probably inflate so this isn't a bad idea, even if you do go out and farm it.

by the way isnt 100% of something that same thing...example: 100% of 100 is 100...................150% of 100 is 150........therefore

hmmmmmm.... Being as thick as i am, i hadn't considered this. i have about 60 primal air knocking around in the bank. hopefully they'll be worth something, (for peeps taking up inscription that is)

Inscriptions doesn't use anything other than herbs, ink (from herbs), and paper (bought at a vendor) so you might as well get rid of those while you can.

as far as math goes this is scarry bad.. 100% og 200 is 200
200% of 200 is 400... how could that ever be 2k-3k?? i doubt that the prices will go up by 1000%-1500%...

I ment that the money total is like 100-200% more.

200g total in copper would be 2-4K after selling.


"100 stacks of copper for 2 gold per stack = 200gold"

Total of 200g in 100stacks of copper.
Then sell it, for 100-200% more.
= 2-4k.


This is if you were to buy the 2gold stacks before WotLK and wait later to sell.

you mean 100-200 times more than currently?because 100% of anything is itself 200% of anything is just original value doubled.
