Best race for Alliance is

Gnome / Human

Gnomes have Escape Artist whichs a useful trick in PvP
Humans have Perception to beat other Rogue twinks which are popular in 19 and the Sword bonus since the best weapon for MH is Cruel Barb

Best race for Horde is

Undead / Orc

Undeads have Will of the Forsaken which is needed very much in 19 since there arent many ways to get to your enemy easily for a Rogue and WotF helps it against Locks or Priests
Orcs get Blood Fury which increases their damage

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat (+100 HP Enchant)
Neck: WSG Reward
Shoulder: Serpent's Shoulders
Back: Sentry Cloak (+12 Dodge Rating)
Chest: Tunic of Westfall (Only Alliance)/Blackened Defias Armor (+100 HP)
Wrist: Wrangler's Armbands of the Monkey (or w/e its called +9 Stamina)
Hands: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey (+15 Agility)
Waist: Deviate Scale Belt/Belt of the Fang (they dont have much difference)
Legs: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey (+40 Stamina +12 Agility)
Feet: Foot of the Fang (+7 Stamina)
Ring 1: WSG Ring
Ring 2: Seal of Sylvannas/Seal of Wrynn
Trinket 1: PVP Trinket

Thats all. SFK weaps are hart to get thats why I didnt list them. This is completely MINE build, and I dont take any other suggestions/flame/anything. I have worked out a lot on that build, and I know what Im talking about.

No, it's Shadowfang and Assassins blade. I did read the last part, but those are the BEST. And as said before, add +15 agi instead of other enchants.

What about Feet of the Lynx to feet?
And Lifestealing? Nah

I know you said no suggestions/flame but why make a non-perfect rogue gear and title it "The perfect"

.. is the precious twink OH for lvl 19. It's awesome for twinking, and I am quite sure it's the best for lvl 19 rogue twinks. It fits perfect with the +15 agi enchant, which will increase the bonus to +22 agi. Awesome, is the only comment I've got.

worst guide ever for twinks. first of all the weapons and everything else depend on whether you want to be a dodge rogue or survival or mix. for dodge which is what i researched and had until i leveled him was shadowfang with 15agi and thiefsblade with 15agi for rogues that were equally dodge with me or survival, if it was another dodge rogue i used wingblade with 15agi.
