Not to beat a dead horse but BoE shoulders with a Naxx enchant would be perfect. I wont mention other things since others have already made those points.

Back: Sentry Cloak (+12 Dodge Rating)
Chest: Tunic of Westfall (Only Alliance)/Blackened Defias Armor (+100 HP)Why would you get runic of wesfall with +100hp, you get +4 all stats
Wrist: Wrangler's Armbands of the Monkey (or w/e its called +9 Stamina) Forest leather bracers, are also very important.
Hands: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey (+15 Agility)
Waist: Deviate Scale Belt
Legs: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey (+40 Stamina +12 Agility)
Feet: Foot of the Fang (Minor run speed)Fishing boots with +6agi +runspeed
