[Protection Warrior-Scryer] Solo the Aldor boss

I was really bored today and I decided to test how much bosses hit me for, and I've found a way to solo the Aldor high priest myself as a warrior. I'm already exalted with Scryers so I don't know if this gives rep, but if it does, it might be a quick way to rep up for warriors as it only takes about 2~3 minutes.

What you need:
-A flying mount (non-epic is fine)
-You have to be protection, or atleast, have tank gear with high block value. I used mainly T6 with about 700 block value, but armor/HP doesn't really matter here, so you can be in T4 or even blues and still be fine. All that matters is block value.
-A stack of heavy netherweave bandages.
-HP pots as emergency, but you rarely need this.



Method:

Basically there is a gap above the building where the Aldor High Priest is. You fly directly in, and none of the mobs inside the building aggro by proximity. Only when you walk out of it they aggro, so just be careful not to step outside.

I've attached the screenshot of the entrance to the building.




Inside, you simply aggro the boss and take her to a corner. The fight is very straightforward from then because:

-She has very low melee damage (almost 0 if you have 500~600+ block value)
-She casts 1 offensive spell (holy smite)
-She casts 1 healing spell (greater heal)

Don't worry about DPSing here, but try to have atleast 30+ rage saved and only use ur abilities if you have excess rage. This is very important as you need to be able to spell reflect the holy smite, or atleast shield bash it to interrupt it. Providing this is done, you will take very very low damage. So be sure to spell reflect/interrupt all of the holy smite that she casts.

Every 60 seconds, throw a concussion blow on her to stun her, and quickly bandage up, which should bring you back up to 100% HP.


She only starts healing when you bring her HP down a fair bit. You should be trying to interrupt this using shield bash/concussion blow, but if they are on cooldown because you have been trying to interrupt holy smite, its fine to let her heal as she eventually runs out of mana to cast any spell whatsoever. Just remember that not taking damage from holy smite is your priority, as it is the only ability that she has which WILL damage you considerably (providing that you have no heals other than bandages every 60s).





Dismiss the raid group in the SS, they're just preparing for sunwell and I did the entire fight by myself.


Again, I don't know if she gives Scryer rep when you kill her, so someone with a warrior alt not exalted should test this out.

have done this with an aldor shaman that healed me(he could not gain agro ) but i got no rep from killing her

lol funny stuff... it would be kind of confusing to see your leader dead on the floor with everyone else alive if you were aldor.
