Note you must be level 5 to wear the bandit mask. These Items are also only purchasable on Horde Side in eversong woods so us Allys have to work extra hard to do this.

How To Look this Leet:
Go to Jainthess Thelryn in Eversong woods and she sells a set of leather clothes called Sun Cured ******. There are 6 items total.
The Weapon is also only sold in Eversong Woods it is called Mana Gathering Staff and is sold by Raelis Dawnstar.
Go to the AH and buy yourself a blood elf bandit mask too if you want the headpiece.

Part 2

Go to Raelis Dawnstart and purchase Arcane Forged Shortsword(Fiery Enchant).
Now go to Faraden Thelryn and buy Light Guard(shield) and all of the Unadorned pieces there is a total of 6 of them. That will make you look like the picture above.

Don't much care for the staff, but the second picture on the bottom is awesome. You said Alliance have to work harder? How would alliance get all of these items? Neutral AH I would assume..
