Well, I'am not 100% sure if this works... Don't know if Youtube count views with IPs... If it does, this won't work without proxys. Also, there's a program called TubeIncreaser, which does technically the same, but then with proxys...

Believe me, it works, it takes about 6 hours for youtube to register the views. I got about 14K views in 5 hours running tubeincreaser
