I tend to agree, you could just get 1 raf account, and level 2 chars to 60 in the same time.
Maybe the topic should have been different,

"level 3 chars to 60 so you can level a 4th 1-60 in less than 5 minutes /played"

i really hate this raf stuff, all us old players had to fight hours after hours, then bliz starts and keeps making everything easier, well it gives me a reason to hack

You can grant levels to your veteran account for every 2 levels your recruited account gains.

You start @ level 1
And end @ 60.
thats a difference of 59 levels.
Divided by 2 gives 29 levels you can grant to your veteran account.
NOT 30.

Furthermore, its is much smarter to level to level 10 and almost level 11 before you grant the levels.
Leveling to level 10.9 doesnt take long.
This way you only have to grant 50 levels instead of 59.

Can I save the "level-ups" I'm granted and use them at higher levels?

Yes. However, you will lose any unclaimed level-ups when you hit level 60, so don't save them for too long.
