Level 19 Hunter Twink Gear Guide

I've seen many twink guides here on Mmowned but none of them seems to tell you the best gear imo, so I'm going to start off by telling you which is the best gear for a 19 hunter and I'll include more than one set.

Layout Explanation:
Slot: Alliance / Horde Item ; Enchant

Balanced Set:

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat ; 100HP
Neck: Sentinel's Medallion / Scout's Medallion
Shoulders: Serpent's Shoulders
Back: Sentry Cloak ; 3 Agility
Chest: Tunic of Westfall / Blackened Defias Armor ; 100 HP
Bracers: Wrangler's Wristbands of the Monkey ; 9 Stamina
Hands: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey ; 15 Agility
Belt: Deviate Scale Belt
Legs: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey ; Nethercleft Leg Armor
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots ; Boar's Speed
Ring 1: Protector's Band / Legionnaire's Band
Ring 2: Seal of Wrynn / Seal of Sylvanas
Trinket 1: Insignia of the Alliance / Insignia of the Horde
Trinket 2: Arena Grand Master
Melee Weapon: Twisted Chanter's Staff / Crescent Staff ; 25 Agility
Ranged Weapon: Venomstrike ; 3+ Scope

This set may vary since people have their own personal preferences, but this is the perfect mix imo.

Max Attack Power Set:

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat ; 8 Agility
Neck: Sentinel's Medallion / Scout's Medallion
Shoulders: Serpent's Shoulders
Back: Subterranean Cape ; 3 Agility
Chest: Bandit Jerkin of Power ; 4 Stats
Bracers: Wrangler's Wristbands of Power ; 9 Stregth
Hands: Gloves of the Fang ; 15 Agility
Belt: Blackened Defias Belt
Legs: Scouting Trousers of Power ; Nethercobra Leg Armor
Feet: Scouting Boots of Power ; 7 Agility
Ring 1: Protector's Band / Legionnaire's Band
Ring 2: Seal of Wrynn / Band of the Fist
Trinket 1: Insignia of the Alliance / Insignia of the Horde
Trinket 2: Arena Grand Master
Melee Weapon: Massive Battle Axe of Power ; 25 Agility
Ranged Weapon: Venomstrike ; 3+ Scope

With this Set you'll reach a sick amount of Attack Power which you can make record crits with, if you want a DPS Set i would Put some more Agility into it, you could change the legs to Dark Leather Pants
and use Feet of the Lynx with 7 Agility Etc.

Max HP Set:

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat ; 100 HP
Neck: Thick Bronze Necklace
Shoulders: Talbar Mantle
Back: Miner's Cape / Tranquillien Champion's Cloak ; 3 Agility
Chest: Blackened Defias Armor ; 100 HP
Bracers: Wrangler's Wristbands of Stamina ; 9 Stamina
Hands: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey ; 15 Agility
Belt: Girdle of the Blindwatcher
Legs: Scouting Trousers of the Monkey ; Nethercleft Leg Armor
Feet: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots ; 12 Stamina
Ring 1: Blood Ring / Seal of Sylvanas
Ring 2: Blood Ring
Trinket 1: Insignia of the Alliance / Insignia of the Horde
Trinket 2: Arena Grand Master
Melee Weapon: Dawnblade ; 15 Agility
Off Hand: Furbolg Medicine Pouch
Ranged Weapon: Venomstrike ; 3+ Scope

If there's some people doing Naxxramas on you're realm you could get the shoulder enchants from Sapphiron, They will cost but they are the best. If you can get you're hands on these, the following changes will be made to the different sets:

Balanced Set:
Shoulders: Feral Shoulder Pads ; Fortitude of the Scourge
Max Attack Power Set:
Shoulders: Feral Shoulder Pads ; Might of the Scourge
Max HP set:
Shoulders: Feral Shoulder Pads ; Fortitude of the Scourge

Since the enchants are BoP and you cant attach them trough trade you'll need to get a pair of white shoulders and the person who attaches the enchant to the shoulders needs to have it in their bag, They wont get bound to any character so you can use them on all you're twinks.
