Hey guys. This is guide is for a level 19 rogue twink. Below is a list of the best gear and enchants that a level 19 rogue could get.

Talents:

This is the talent spec for a 19 rogue twink. It is aimed at giving the rogue the best DPS for his class and level.

Improved Sinister Strike - 2/2
Impreoved Gouge - 1/3


Gear:

Head
Green Tinted Goggles(Green Tinted Goggles - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Obtained from 150 Engineering, or a better choice if you can get it is the Lucky Fishing Hat(Lucky Fishing Hat - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)– Obtained from fishing a rare fish during the STV tournament

Shoulders
Talbar Mantle(Talbar Mantle - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Down every druid of the fang boss in WC, then start the escort at the entrance to the cave by talking to the Tauren. Kill the Giant Murloc and loot a shard from him. It begins the quest (Level 15) In Nightmares(Quest: In Nightmares - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) that will award you the shoudlers.
Serpent's Shoulders(Serpent's Shoulders - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Obtained from Lady Anacondra in WC.

Back
Sentry Cloak(Sentry Cloak - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – World Drop but can be found in the Auction House. If you can't find one the next best is the Glowing Lizardscale Cloak(Glowing Lizardscale Cloak - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) which drops off Skum in Wailing Caverns.

Chest
Blackened Defias Armor(Blackened Defias Armor - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Drops off VanCleef in Deadmines

Wrists
Forest Leather Bracers(http://thottbot.com/i3202)) – This is an uncommon world drop, and can best be found on the Auction House. If you can't find one try to find a good “of the monkey”, “of stamina”, or “of Agility”.

Gloves
Scouting Gloves of the Monkey(Scouting Gloves - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – It's an uncommon world drop that is easiest to find on the Auction House. If you can't find one try to find a good “of the monkey”, “of stamina”, or “of Agility”. Also a good alternative is the Red Whelp Gloves(Red Whelp Gloves - Thottbot: World of Warcraft). The pattern can be bought off Wenna Silkbeard in Wetlandsand is limited supply. You may be able to find them on Auction House as well.
Bristlebark Gloves(Bristlebark Gloves - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Random world drop. Check the AH.

Belt
Deviate Scale Belt(Deviate Scale Belt - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)– This is a pattern from quests above Wailing Caverns entrance in the cave. The mats for this can only be found in Wailing Caverns.

Legs
Leggings of the Fang(Leggings of the Fang - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Drops off Lord Cobrahn in Wailing Caverns. Only boss on the left when you enter Wailing Caverns.
Dark Leather Pants(Dark Leather Pants - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Crafted from LeatherWorking. Check the AH.

Boots
Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots(Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)- Obtained from fishing quest Rare Fish - Brownell's Blue Striped Racer in Stranglethorn Vale. Quest is only avaiable from Fishbot 5000 on Sundays from 2-4pm server time. He is located at next to the Inn. 125 Fishing skill is required.
Trailblazer Boots(Trailblazer Boots - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) - (Horde Only) Obtained as a quest reward in The Barrens. Quest is a chain that starts at when you get The Runed Scroll from killing Aean Swiftriver in The Barrens.
Feet of the Lynx(Feet of the Lynx - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Can be found on the Auction House. A good alternative is the
Footpads of the Fang(Footpads of the Fang - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) - which is dropped by Lord Serpentis in Wailing Caverns.

Rings
Seal of Sylvanas(Seal of Sylvanas - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Reward for the quest “Arugal Must Die” (Horde Only) for SFK obtained at level 18. Begins in Sepulcher from Dalar Dawnweaver, located in Silverpine Forest at 44,39. Requires you to kill Arugal, the final boss in SFK. For Alliance you should get the Seal of Wrynn(Seal of Wrynn - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) which is from a chain quest for killing VanCleef in The Deadmines. For your second ring, you should get the Blood Ring(Blood Ring - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) which can be found on the Auction House. If you can't find one try to find a good “of the monkey”, “of stamina”, or “of Agility”.
Meadow Ring of Eluding(Meadow Ring - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Random world drop. Check the AH.
Legionnaire's Band(Legionnaire's Band - Thottbot: World of Warcraft)(HORDE ONLY) Warsong PvP reward.


Neck
Alliance - Sentinel's Medallion(Sentinel's Medallion - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Warsong Gulch neck peice when Honored with Silverwing Sentinals. Silverwing Sentinels Rep Vendor is located at 61,84 in Ashenvale. Horde - Scout's Medallion(Scout's Medallion - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) when honored with the Warsong Outriders.

Weapons
I recommend Fiery enchants on your weapons because of the frequent procs when in combat, or +15agi if you have the money.

Mainhand
Shadowfang(Shadowfang - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Drops in Shadowfang Keep or can be found in the Auction House (Be prepared to pay a large price for it).
Cruel Barb(Cruel Barb - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Drops from VanCleef in The Deadmines
Assassin's Blade(Assassin's Blade - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Very Rare drop in SFK off trash or bosses. It can also be found on the Auction House. (Very Expensive)
Wingblade(Wingblade - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – (Horde Only) Reward from a quest in Wailing Caverns to kill all the bosses. Starts with “Hamuul Runetotem” from Tonga Runetotem in The Barrens, located at 78,28.
Stinging Viper(Stinging Viper - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Drops off Lord Pythos in WC.
Tail Spike(Tail Spike - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Drops off Scum in WC.

Offhand
Assassin's Blade(Assassin's Blade - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Very Rare drop in SFK off trash or bosses. It can also be found on the Auction House. (Very Expensive)
Ironpatch Blade(Ironpatch Blade - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Rare world drop that can be found in the Auction House.
Night Watch Shortsword(Night Watch Shortsword - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Rare world drop that can be found in the Auction House.
Stinging Viper(Stinging Viper - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Drops off Lord Pythos in WC.
Tail Spike(Tail Spike - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) Drops off Scum in WC.

Ranged
Lil Timmy’s Peashooter(Lil Timmy's Peashooter - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – Can be found in the Auction House.
Venomstrike(Venomstrike - Thottbot: World of Warcraft) – dropped from Lord Serpentis in Wailing Caverns.

Money making tip: If you are short on money, farm some of the BoE twink drops! They ushually go for a good amount of gold in the AH!.

Who cares about twinks anyway.

Leggings of the Fang aren't the best...you cannot put a leg enchantment on it - I'd rather have a pair of pants with +8 agi/+5 stam +5 agi with +40 stam and +12 agi.

Blood Ring isn't a good twink ring for rogues - Go with the PVP one from WSG. For more dodge get Meadow Ring of the Eluding x 2.

Talbar Mantle aren't the best shoulders anymore. Serpent's Shoulders give +9 agi.

Fiery Enchant is...well NOT a twink enchant. If you want more crits + dodge then get +15 agi on each weapon.

Bad guide, and very old. Talbar mantle isnt as good as Serpents shoulders, and some other things are wrong too.
