Well, while in 1k Needles, say your gettin quests and such, you go to stop by the inn and set your hearth there.

There's a lady standing next to the innkeeper, and her name is Jandia.

She sells a pattern for LW in which you can make Barbaric Leggings (Barbaric Leggings - Item - World of Warcraft)

Well, since there are level 29 twinks out there, some of them with not ALL the money in the world can buy these.

I previously made about 50 of these, sold these about 5 a day, and came out with 25+ gold each sell...

So, here a go, a good little find
