Ya, I use to farm this spot first starting out in WoW. It did get me a good amount of gold, and for people who can't afford twinking this is where you can get XP on that twink and the gold to gear it up. A self - sufficient twink.

I presume they drop alot of crap aswell though? just wondering how full my bags would get. (auto loot lazy grinder :P)
