Lava hopping in BRD

Right, I've known about this for some time and have done it with my friend, It works.

I'm not sure if that many people know about this but I'm here to help.
Ive searched around and found nothing of the sort.

There was a video of a rogue speed running this over a year ago (back when this was actually interesting).


On the rock with the 2 fiery guys though, just use sprint (if it's up), run between the 2 and just vanish.

Mostly almost pre TBC player have done this, but tbh, this guys really bad at it xD
