First, yes this is another ST thread. And the concept of the idea is a repost.

However in each of those post's it shows how to do it with a paladin.
But IT IS possible with a warrior, but you gatta be a little bit pickier about gear and spec. It also tends to cost more. And even more if you leave some of these small details out.
Gear:
First, you will want to be defense capped.
and
As a warrior YOU MUST have AT LEAST 2/5 t4 tanking set on!
Can't stress that enough, without it you WILL DIE.
Ok, so now you have 2/5 t4 and your defense capped. Next work on getting your block dodge and parry up. I recommend only 25% block as prot. and parry is much more helpful then dodge (keeps your set bonus up).
However if you meet the first 2 requirements it is mainly personal preference.
The last important piece of gear you need is a shield with a SHIELD SPIKE.
I recommend mithril, cheap and gets the job done. (Not sure if anything below it will work TBH)
When going into the instance bring MULTIPLE shields with spikes, and 1 or 2 WITHOUT spikes. As long as it has about 50 block on it, it will work.
The Spec:
Now your average arms, fury or prot specs will work for this, but it will cost more (pots and repairs) I recommend a build like:
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft
The main things of this build you need are Blood Craze, Deflection and Shield Spec. Once you get those 3 things you can do whatever you want with the rest of the points. I recommend this spec mainly because prot gives you more benefits (Hp, better blocks, ability to tank ext.)
The Powerleveling:
This is where you start leveling the characters, you can do this from when u can get in st (35). Utill when all the mobs are gray (56, although 1/2 go gray at 55, so id stop then)
You may want to bring pots for those "Oh crap" moments, but if you've got everything ive listed you shouldn't need them. If theres a main person you want to level (alt on your second account) FILL the group with players lower level then that alt, it will get more exp that way!
For those of you that don't know, the plan is to find the mini troll boss "Zolo" in ST, but you DONT kill him.
I start off with my unspiked shield untill he has dropped a few totems and some skeles are spawning, then i swap over to a spiked one.
The basic concept of this as a warrior is, stand there, do nothing, tell the lowbies to do nothing. If on the odd occasion a lowbie does die, throw on your unspiked shield till he is ressed or can get back inside.
When you are running low on hp, sit down, 1 and ONLY 1 mob will get a crit on you, and it will proc bloodcraze, this is your HoT that costs no mana, abuse it as much as u want.
Side notes:
If an alt has a repair bot, YAY, just means u have to kill zolo and go repair less, when solo dies (which is inevitable due to the shield spikes) Drop one, repair, reset and go again.
The fastest ive seen somebody level was from 37-38 in 9 mins. (Full rest + bonfire blessing) and yes I DO have a screenshot...i will upload it when its given to me.
With about 2 epic shields, and 5 green shield (different durabilities so it does matter) Zolo will kill himself from me blocking.
And as a final note. I have made a few simple auto-it scripts, that paired with a macro will allow the warrior to go afk, without worrying about changing shields or healing youeself. I will post them if people seem interested.
Im also planning on making a short video of how to do this. If you have any questions feel free to post.
