i have this guide also (not trying to dis on you) but its not what i expected at all, it just shows grind spots and that's about it.

As stated earlier, open it with winrar and there is the pdf file.

Ok, I'm a real noob at computer things like this.

I was wondering what to do with the .pdf file. When I try to open it windows doesn't know how. *I used winrar to extract the pdf to desktop*

Download Adobe Reader or even better Foxit Reader (faster, smaller) and install it.
Then you will be able to open a *.PDF-File.
Sorry for not linking the Programs, but I need 3 posts to help you this way.
