    Fixing the economy

Suppose that on your server, a stack of copper goes for 5g.
farm the shit out of it!.
    Farm like never before!
Go around stealing from all of those low level kids!
And then, whenever you have a massive number of stacks, sell them all 25-50% off.
    It'll work.

Also, don't bother flaming me, what I just said was very obvious.
An eye for an eye make the whole world blind.

Right, *fix* the economy so you and everyone else gets less of a profit. This is a good idea.

This actually makes sense, but you have to sacrifice time and money for the greater good of the server.

This wont fix a thing.. many people use a method where they buy all of lets say copper ore and list it for an insane price, and keep buying from people who outbid them. so this is a temp fix... sorry to say it.

As much as this wants us to think it will help, it really won't. Sure, it will lower the price of whatever you're selling for a while, but once all of yours is sold then BAM, right back up. Problem solved? No, but you just lost some money.

Sorry, but if you state that it is completely obvious...why do you bother posting it? It won't even work, it costs you time, and you waste gold. Just go with the flow of the econ and cash in IMO.

    Actually, the problem is solved.
You see, the problem is that the little guy doesn't get his mats.
    And I fix that.
I farm, making petty change on the way.
I put mats on the AH for cheap.
little guy gets mats for cheap.
AH scouts buy my goods, giving me money.
they put mats up for high prices.
They make no money as long as I keep up my supply of cheap goods.
Whenever I decide to stop selling for cheap, the prices shoot up, and they make crazy money.

    There is no downside.

So, how about you stop trying to shoot down people's ideas just because you don't want to take the time to think about the scenario in it's entirety.

I just realized that I am talking about some Robin Hood-esque ideas right there.
    Think about it.
