Okay I've seen alot of these CC breaking threads on MMOwned lately so I wanted to share a little knowledge of breaking crowdcontrol abilities on my paladin. It's very easy and the only things you need is mana, level 46 and a friendly player (ex. arena mate) who is getting damaged.

Right before you see a mage casting polymorph on you you just cast Blessing of Sacrifice (rank 1) on your friend and when he gets damaged *POOF* you're out of your horrible life as a sheep

Surprisingly i saw some mages trying to cc my pala on arena at 1800 rating. I thought not only all palas but also everyone else in this world(of warcraft) know that. It even exists in some bosses tactics (example - maiden when u need to put sarcifice on tank to break of damn repetance and heal tank lone)

and as a druid u can shapeshift out of polymorph! some druids dont know that for some reason :s and neither does some mages lol
