Second this guide is just a little help for the people that want to decide what kind of rogue twink they want.

Third 2 agility = .55% dodge, 12 dodge rating = 2% so the 8 agi to helm chant is better then 12 Dodge in both damage and dodge

to start theres a couple different type of rogue twinks.
1: DPS Rogue
2: Dodge Rogue
3: Health Rogue
4: Proc Rogue

1: DPS rogues are good for fighting almost anyone except mages and hunters. DPS rogues are fun when fighting a lot of people except people that kite. the only way ou will stand a chance verse a kiter is if they dont know how to kite properly or if you kill them before they get a chance to kite.
2: Dodge rogues are for battleing melee classes but are weaker twards casters and hunters if they know how to kite. Dodge rogues are fun to play verse melee classes just because you rarely get hit with around 55-60% dodge
3: Health Rogues are great for Flag Carring and good verse hunters and casters and they have a fair fight verse melee classes. Health rogues are mostly good because they can stand up and fight, take some hits, and move on (my favorite)
4: Proc rogues can be good against eey class but also can be very weak against ever class. the proc rogue is a lifestealing/fiery/crusader rogue.
fun to play but only when you get a lot of procs coming your way. BEST verse Prot pallies and warriors

for some rogues this may come in handy, just a little macro for ambushing then to switch to shadowfang or whatever
You can change Shadowfng and Assassin's Blade to whatever u want

Yes rogues are all the same in some way and i love rogue twinking.
there gear is all similar in most part just the main differences is enchants

For chest you post blackened defias, but i have to disagree (for alli) tunic of westfall is better imo

Great guide, but I would also have to make a suggestion for the DPS rogue build, I use Blackened Defias Belt for DPS as it has +18 attack power, where as Deviate Scale Belt is more for an HP or balanced rogue with it's 6 stam and 5 agi (and no the crit % won't make up for the -13 attack power)
