This is what you should do when creating a new guild. It goes over teamspeak,vent,website, and recruitment.

TEAMSPEAK
Teamspeak is a online voice chatting software (Voice over IP) which mostly gamers use to talk to fellow people in there guild/clan/raid/team any sort of online game which requires teamwork.

Now heres the free stuff

Some sites allow you to have a free TS2 server for months on end, some just allow you to have it for one day and some just allow you to make a channel on an existing server

The ones that allow you to make a channel on an existing server are:

Many guilds/clans have a website which people can go on to leave messages and go on forums

This one is a World of Warcraft one and it is excellent go to

Templates are pre-made websites that has the basics and you can edit the links to go to other websites

Making guilds are easy I used to make a living off of making them (about 150 members) in a week or so, then selling it from 75-100 gold. People are actually lazy enough to buy it. I invite them in, they give me the gold, I make them leader, then do it all over again.

This is a really good guide imo!

Its not a guide that shows you how to administrate your guild, its about how to START one, as the title say's. Not that its wery hard to start a "normal/causual" guild (go to the guild-maker dude in a city or whatever, and them spam trade-channel "LFM to my guild"), but its abit tricky to get to the point were you can get your guild to start with serious raiding or something equally.

It includes answers for all the tricky things when you start a guild like that which in most cases is: Getting a web-page up, getting a TS/VT server and getting your guild out to the players so you get applicants.

You should get ventrilo 2.x it's free and there's no player limit. Just download VentriloMIX 0.5 and the server client.
