Didn't check too much if this is a repost, if it is then you can kill me irl or something, idk...
Anyways... It's very simple:
1. Go to the auction house and look at Netherweave Cloth.
2. Buy all cloth thats <3g
3. Make Heavy Netherweave Bandages.
4. Sell the bandaids to a vendor
5. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Say the cloth costs 2.5g a stack on the AH, well you buy 2 stacks from the AH, turn them into bandaids and sell that stack for 6g(2 cloth = 1 bandaid)
So with that you made a 1 gold profit, but most of the time i find a lot of stacks at a time and make the bandaids and go AFK for awhile. May not be the best way to make gold, but if you're sitting in a major town for some reason you can do this.

TIP: NEED TO BE ABLE TO MAKE HEAVY NETHERWEAVE BANDAIDS

thats very time consuming and also you have to rely on stacks of cloth and prices
