The hit rating cap is 363. What are you on about when you say 'Raidbuffed' Dignox? There are no raid buffs that increase your hit rating. (Only the food)
Also - Yes, Hit rating is kinda overrated, Once you get around 300 Hit Rating, AP Becomes more important tbh.

True, there are no raid BUFFS that increase hit rating. But moonkins with 3/3 improved faerie fire (debuff) gives basically 47 free hit rating.

Also valuable is the Fist/Sword spec which provides you with 5% more critical chance but also gives the sword spec bonus, granting you one extra attack with your main hand , which is still affected by that 5% bonus crit. [Fist/Sword S&D+Rupture].

but the +5% crit from talents with fist weapons, will only affect with a fist in mainhand



yes it is a private server but its not bugged

i tried with a dagger in offhand (on eu servers) the same happend

This guide is very vague and some things are worthless, Vanish Pull? No, don't ever do that. fist/sword spec is a waste of 5 talent points, go double swords, or if you have vanir's fists go fist spec.
