Nice PvP trick! (Rogues/Mages)

Okay, first of all, I am pretty sure this has been posted before in here, but I can't find it, so I am posting it again. Please give me the link of the original if that one is still here, and I'll delete this one.

Okay, you need to be a Rogue or a Mage with Archmage Vargoth's Staff - Item - World of Warcraft.

Then make a macro like

/cast Vanish
/use Archmage Vargoth's Staff

for the Rogues, and

/use Archmage Vargoth's Staff
/cast Blink

for the Mages
Then you will be "replaced" with Image of Archmage Vargoth - NPC - World of Warcraft and everyone will be confused like hell

As Waoop stated, you can't use items in Arena . But it is really nice in BG's / World PvP

I am confused wouldn't that pull you right out of stealth? I would imagine it would have to be the other way around.
