Yeah selling the code for gold is ok, saw on a post on the wow forums about selling tabard of frost for gold and a blue replied that it's ok, this is a very good idea btw, the only thing that's retarded is that when ppl see you doing this and getting lots of gold, all the 12 year old tards will start to do it and scam ppl, then ppl won't believe you.

And the trust-thing won't be a problem if your in a respected guild hanging around in <cool guild that raids dragon> will not sell you alot of codes, not even if your not going to scam people.
