Let us say that i bough a used gamecard, i'd be ****ing pissed, so what do i do?
I contact blizzard ofcourse, and when i tell them that my card code is "Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx", and they see someone else used it, and they got proof that i actually bough it, they're going to punish the thief, and not only will they ban him, they will properly also report him to the store that he bough the item from.
Jail/bill for fraud, no ty.

jail? plx what 3rd world dictatorship do u live in??

they have absolutely no way to proove that you didnt just press your own key wrong and was just lucky and it still worked.. they have no way of prooving where you got your gamecard from.. you have ofc thrown your own game card out after you used it so they could never proove if you had one or if the key was another.. and even if they wanted, this investigation couldnt be done from blizz office in france, they would have to be in your country.. the police dont really care abaout internet scams cos theyre so hard to solve so blizz would have to work hard themself to get proof before the police would care.. all this for some petty theft that might give you a €200 fine.. IF they can proove it.. the work and expences involved would make this investigation silly..

PS when it comes to rl crime and getting busted, stupidity is a blizz.. allways pretend you dont know or understand shit about anything.. its very ez to seem too stupid to pull of theese kind of scams..
