Hey guys, got another contribution for your consideration!

Alright,

90% of people here know what a [Depleted Crystal Focus] is. For those who don't, it drops off of Ethreals at Bashir Landing in Blades Edge Mountians. It is BOE and can be bought or traded.

When you combine it with 10x [Apexis Shard] (BOP) it creates a [Charged Crystal Focus]. This is a Healthstone that shares cooldown with Warlock healthstones..meaning it does NOT share cooldown with potions.

Now, the [Apexis Shard]are BOP as I said, so in order to get them you must be summoned by a Warlock to Ogri'la or the surrounding area. You also need someone to kill mobs for you with you in party, so that you can loot them.

It's a LOT of work, but so worth it in the long run. The [Charged Crystal Focus] stacks in lots of 20 so getting 20 per trip makes it worth it.

-I have yet to hear of ANYONE doing this aside from myself and a few guildies from my Twink guild..so get in while the gettin' is hot!

oh wow lol.


this is over a year old for sure... in fact most of the hardcore twink guilds when they schedule 10v10s on the PTR make it a rule not to use them, along with magic dust, bloodshard/raid buffs, and exploited glyph/inscription gear.

Where have you been lol? Every major twink guild knows about this >.>

edit: oh, and for anyone who didnt know about this, when youre doing it, make sure youre dead on the ground, so you get credit/loot rights for the kill but no exp, best to do this with a rezzer. IF you dont you'll ding lol, didnt see any mention of it in the OP.

Seems like a little to much work, but i dont have a twink ecuase i hate them hardcore but w/e +Rep because im sure some of my guildies will use this

Wow, Nice find. Never new about this. But do the twinks actually get EXP if its Level 70 killing mobs way higher then them? o_o
I thought they didn't?

yah im pretty sure u are only able to get xp from mobs that are at maximum 10 lvls higher then u So a lvl 19 wouldnt get xp, you would have to be 60+ to get xp from a lvl 70 mob

do this dead, i recall getting exp for this trying it live, though that was a year ago. its a simple process to die, i have used them multiple times in 10v10 twink matches with other premades.


Get summoned to the farm spot. Die. Have a massacre of mobs pulled to your body, when the release timer goes, run back, rez, loot, repeat.

While on topic of what your 19 can do in BC, you can buy the 20stam halaani whiskey from nagrand too.

You can't get experience from mobs 10+ levels higher than you ?

I'm pretty sure of this but perhaps it's when you solo only.
Can't confirm it though but would be nice if someone else did

thanks, and yes you can get xp from mobs higher than you by 10 lvls, in instances tho
