Would be better to just farm the cloth and buy the essence. Then your profit goes up as the closth is easy to get.

Best place is in netherstorm around 30,74. just kiull the etherials over and over fast spawn rate and high drop rate of cloth. I was able to get a pack full rather quickly as well as insignias for rep.

And if you just so happen to have oodles and oodles of netherweave bolts sitting rotting because you have a couple growing alts who don't need the cloth they're getting....and oodles of soul dust rotting in your guild bank (or even personal bank) which you can nab for uber cheap....this deal gets even sweeter.
