When you open the ZIP archive you should see three folders:

Talent Guide (don't need this, the guides are pretty useless IMO as well)
    Zygor_Alliance_InGame_Guide
    Zygor_Horde_InGame_Guide
Zygor_Nether_Drake_Mount_Guide (this has a PDF file in it, not needed for the addon to work)

Zygor_Alliance_InGame_Guide and Zygor_Horde_InGame_Guide - these are the folders you want. IN those directories will be the folders you need to put into your /Interface/Addons/ folder.

The _InGame_Guide folders have the Addon folders in them. Just click and drag them to your WoW Addons directory (not the InGame folders, the folders inside the InGame ones). Both of the folders should have Cartographer and ZygorGuidesViewer in it, you NEED those folders as they're dependencies (addons the guide needs to work).

The other folders which are named: ZygorGuidesAlliance and ZygorGuidesHorde also go into the Addon folder. Either both or just one, depending on what faction you prefer.

    Hope that helped!

Also Taiin, I totally agree with you. I started using the guide and it's bloody pointless. I personally use CARBONITE to track my quests. Like you said, all it does is tell you what quests to do and how to do them. It just skips the whole process of repairing items, buying near gear and buying professions and skills. Not very helpful.

For laughs and giggles I tried this out. It is more updated when my old one. But I still ran into the very same issues.

The site says you can jump in at any level. Welp, I got a 53lv Druid. Looking at the lv 50-55 section and skipping to 53 I tried to start it.. well looky here. It's in the middle of a quest chain and it's not even at the pick up for it, but rather the part to kill such and such, and it does not state where the start of said chain is even at or even where the curent part of the chain is picked up.

I skip ahead to the lv 54 section and finally find the area I've been questing at, Felwood. Now why does it have you doing the quests at 54-55 when they are picked up at 48? The quests are GREEN at 54. Ignoring this idiocy I continued questing while reading the guide. Not fare into the felwood quests it tells you to kill ozzies and use a...vile.., to pick up... eh? what vile? Theres no quest in felwood to do such a thing. Looking through the guide, going all the way to level 45, I see no quest that even has you pick up any of the such for felwood. So what is this guide blabbering about?

After that I removed the dumb guide and FINISHED felwood at 53..
What kind of power leveling guide would have you start quests in an area when the quests would be green-one level to gray?

There is such quest for Felwood, the vial quest can be picked up in Ironforge in the Hall of Explorers from Laris Geardawdle.

The problem is that it does the more cheap quests either cause of the following:

    a. As of patch 2.2 i think it was or something the XP was changed from 1-60 for beginners that wanted to reach 70 asap.
    b. Because its easier to kill lower lvls than yellow / orange ones.

I just downloaded the guide and im currently using it and im lvl 5, not much but i think its fine.

Thats the thing. The guide is advertised as "Jump in at any level!" But at 53, it sticks ou in the middle of a quest chain, and does not tell you where such quests are started. And moving forward, it pops you for the first time in felwood, picking up all the quests then poping up this vile quest for the ozzies?

If you had never done this before, or had no knowledge of such a quest, and using a guide jumping into your level and you see this. Wouldn't it confuse you? The guide don't tell you what quest your killing the mobs for, or where the quest is even picked up, or chain started. Just pick up, kill kill kill turn in pick up kill kill. You jump in at the kill parts, with nothing that says where the pick up is.. well. You get lost right then and there, and even backing up though it. Okay kill ozzies. I have no idea what the quest title is. And the guide does not tell you what the quests do. Just to pick this up pick that up. So, you jump in the middle of this. have to backtrack, theres no way to know what quest you need out of all the pick up' unless you look up every quest or happan to have known what it is before hand.

Fine point here. I leveled 3 toons prier to this one to 70, all ended in Felwood. I never knew of no such quest for these ozzies. Nore that such is picked up in IF. That sounds like one of those "Oh I happan to drop by IF, oh look a quest!" Sorry that I don't happan to drop by every town every so many levels and pick up every quest I see and would rather do quests of a faction I want for a mount or cause I like the quest line or what something diff so I'm not bored.

Yes.. but.. doing GRAY quests? Killing gray mobs? theres no exp in that. And I know the quest is gray at this stage cause of the levels and cause.. I did pick it up once on my priest when I learned of some of the things you get with timbermaw rep. >.>

I sadly have to agree with some of the posts here. While the early-off quests were absolutely perfect, later in the game the guide gets to a point where I either still have uncompleted green quests in my log, or I finish all the quests it tells me to and have half a level of grinding to do on my own. ("Grind to level #")

All in all though, I think it's an incredibly useful add on. The arrow it has is EXTREMELY useful, and I really don't think I need to have an add on tell me when to repair or get new spells. I think you should be smart enough to know when to do that :P

If you can't install this addon, you shouldn't be on this site. You have no concept of anything computer related.
If you think this addon is bad, you shouldn't be on this site. You lack the ability to use your brain.

This guide is most definitely the best thing out at the moment. And trying to compare QuestHelper to it is ridiculous. And if for some reason you don't understand WHY you can't compare them, you shouldn't be here either.

And saying that guides are useless and you can do just as well on you're own, you shouldn't be here either because you're an idiot.

Do all you guys do is complain?

Learn to extract files. Not hard. This game isn't new, setting up addons shouldn't be a complicated process by now. And if it is, fine. But don't complain about your computer illiteracy here.

Appreciate the addon (and the OP for providing it) and move on. If you can't make it work or it sucks, it's YOUR fault.

    @OP, thanks for the post.
