It's funny when people say "fail" or "noob" when they have no idea what their talking about. Yes, guess what, most people do have a 60+ that can take some BOE legs and attach these enchants to it. Same principal of runic spellthread or nether /cobra /cleft. HOWEVER, It is extreamly hard to beat bosses in naxx, even with a 25 man 70 group. So, Whitekidney, YOU FAIL!

It requires you to be level 60 to APPLY them, doesn't mean you can't apply them to a level 19 item and then send it to your twink.

So, you werent in Naxx since TBC? A few weeks ago we cleared naxx with a 20-30 man group (some people left the raid, new came) and the bosses were easy loots, if you go there with blue lvl 70's... well then ur right

I do naxxramas weekly, everyone has chance to roll for the shoulder enchants, sometimes leader wants them sometimes not :-)

omfg, people just like you posted exact words 4 times! READ POSTS! its just 2 freaking pages! IT REQUIRES YOU to be level 60! if it requires item it would say at the 'use: blablabalbalbablabalabl. Requires a level 35 item or higher.'


But this one, YOU need to be level 60, and then u can attach it to ANY item! thats the thing lol :P, I suggest you get Nethercobra too! its awesome :P

Yeah... It works like Nethercleft apparently, you need a higher level to apply it to the item, then you trade it to the twink. I bet shoulders with these would sell for a lot O_O.
