WoW game cards are no longer available on that site from my perspective, I looked over the entire mall area and found only a WoW pack that includes the entire game, I guess this would be good to get that if you want to create a new RAF account.

actually they do have game cards...
just go to the mall and click prize drawings...its one of the raffles

You don't need to be in US to aply, but you can't recieve any prices. But they state on their site that sometime (maybe) they will open for business outside US. Sooo just open an account with the Zip code 90210 and you are ready to make points. Then when (if) they ever make it outside US you'll still have all the points.

I wish that there was some sort of reliable alternative for WoW game time. I don't really want to have to spend $15 a month, because with this silly economy every dollar counts.
